Know-How – The Betterley Report! Rick is the president of Betterley Risk Consultants, a national risk management consulting firm founded in 1932 by his grandfather. He has been president of the firm since 1984 and is the publisher of The Betterley Report, a market survey series of insurance product analysis. He also authors its annual evaluation of Technology, E&O and Cyber Risk insurance products. The firm also provides consulting services to insurance companies and service providers to the insurance industry in the areas of strategic planning, product development, and marketing strategy. The firm does not sell insurance products or related services in order to preserve objective analysis. Rick is past president of the New England Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants.
