Author Angela Johnson obtained a BA in Literature in 1996 and after working in mid-level management with a major phone company, started her career as a Farmers Insurance Agent in Friendswood, TX. Angela started a scratch agency in 2005 with zero sales or insurance experience and currently has approximately 5,000 policies in force. She has achieved multiple Achievement Clubs and honors, including being selected 3 times to Presidents Council which recognizes the top 1% of producers with Farmers Insurance. Angela has been honored to address her fellow Agents at many events, including many social media seminars around the United States and Antalya, Turkey. Angela is the co-Author of ‘Going Tradigital: Social Media Made Easy for Insurance Agents’.
